I sometimes think that the Manduka eKO mat gets over looked as everyone always raves about the Manduka Black Mat PRO but forgets about the eKO mats. I myself am guilty of this and take my focus off this wonderful eco-conscious rubber mat!
Three years of development by yoga teachers bought the world’s most durable bio-degradable mat to the market place at the current time. The mat is made from sustainably sourced natural rubber and has an innovative ’sea-grass’ texture to it. The ‘Sea Grass’ surface texture is naturally grippy; the closed-cell surface keeps out moisture (sweat) from seeping into the mat and breeding bacteria for better durability.
